This policy applies to the website instanz8.ch and the Readers’ Circle sign-up offered there.

Readers’ Circle Sign-Up

First name and email address are required for sign-up. They are used to manage the Readers’ Circle and send updates when there is news about the book series and its related short stories. Processing is based on your express consent through the required checkbox in the form. Once double opt-in has been approved and enabled, the confirmation status and time are stored.

Withdrawal and Deletion

You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect and request deletion of your data. Send an email to ben@instanz8.ch.

Technical Operation

Connection data required for secure operation and abuse prevention is processed temporarily. Personal data is stored and processed exclusively in Switzerland.

External Services

The website does not use external analytics or advertising services. All website resources are loaded from our own server.
